Heavenly Father, I come before you with a humble heart, seeking your help in managing my emotions better.
In moments of stress, anxiety, or anger, l ask for your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard my heart and mind.
Help me to respond to situations with wisdom, rather than reacting in a way that is not pleasing to you.
Give me the enablement to discipline myself, submit my emotions to wisdom and act with discretion.
May I never let anger, sadness, irritation consume me and becloud my reasoning and reaction.
May l yield to Your will and be reminded not to be anxious for anything but to present my requests to you.
Help me to cultivate a habit of patience, calmness and self-control, even in the midst of challenging circumstances.
