Heavenly Father, I come before You with a weary heart and a body in need of Your healing touch.
You are the source of all life and the divine physician of our souls and bodies.
Please grant me strength to endure the challenges of this chronic illness and fill me with hope in Your promises.
Guide the hands of those who care for me, and bless them with wisdom and compassion.
If it be Your will, restore my health and free me from the burdens of this condition.
Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind as I trust in Your plan for my life.
Through the intercession of Mother Mary, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the saints, I ask for comfort, courage, and complete healing.
