Heavenly Father,
I come before You this morning with a grateful heart, thanking You for the gift of a new day — a day I did not earn, but received by Your mercy alone.
Lord, I offer You my body today.
Every cell, every breath, every heartbeat, let it all belong to You.
You formed me in my mother’s womb with great care.
You knit together my bones, my muscles, my sinews.
You breathed life into me, and I stand here because of You.
So I ask You now, Heavenly Father — heal every part of me that is broken.
Restore what time and struggle have worn down.
Strengthen what is weak.
Calm what is inflamed.
Rebuild what has been damaged.
Let Your healing power move through my body
like a river of living water — from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet.
Purify my blood.
Strengthen my bones.
Fill my lungs with clean, life-giving breath.
Bring peace to my nervous system.
Protect my heart — the one that beats in my chest and the one that loves in my soul.
Lord, guard me today from illness and harm.
Close every door the enemy tries to open against my health and my strength.
Give me wisdom to care for this body You have given me — to nourish it well, to rest when I must, to move and be active in ways that honor You.
Let me not take this body for granted.
It is a temple of Your Holy Spirit.
Help me treat it as such.
When pain tries to speak louder than Your promises, remind me of Your Word — “By His wounds, we are healed.”
Let that truth sink deeper than any diagnosis, deeper than any fear, deeper than any doubt.
I trust You with my health, Lord.
I trust You with my healing.
I trust You with every morning I wake up and every night I lay my head down.
Today, I walk in faith — not because I feel perfect, but because You are the God who restores.
Thank You, Father.
Thank You, Jesus.
Thank You, Holy Spirit.
I receive Your healing.
I receive Your strength.
I receive Your mercy over my body today.
