Jesus Christ my God, I adore You and I thank You for all the graces You have given me this day.
I offer You my sleep and all the moments of this night, and I implore You to keep me safe from sin.
To this end I place myself in Your Sacred Side and under the mantle of our Lady, my Mother.
Let Your holy angels surround me and keep me in peace; and let Your blessing be upon me.

My God u know my fears please take them all away this night . Let me sleep soundly and in peace . Please protect me with you and your blessed mother and all the angels and saints . Please also protect my previous child and keep her safe and well . Please grant me peace of mind and strength of body . May my mind be peaceful as I sleep . I give all my anxieties to you . I want to rest in contentment so I can be rejuvenated in body mind and spirit and ready to live a brand new day as you want me to , I love you Jesus . I thank you Jesus for all you have given me this day . Amen
