O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
You are the source of infinite love and boundless mercy.

I come before You with a heart heavy with pain,
Seeking comfort and healing for the wounds within.

Lord, You know the struggles I carry—
The sadness, the fear, the anxieties that weigh me down.
