Powerful Prayer to the Sacred Heart of Jesus for Healing from Fear, Anxiety, and Depression

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, source of infinite love and mercy, I come before You burdened by fear, anxiety, and the weight of depression.

You know the depths of my heart, the struggles I face, and the silent tears I shed.

I place my trust in Your compassionate care and surrender all my worries to You.

Wrap me in Your loving embrace and grant me peace that surpasses all understanding.

Fill my mind with Your truth and my heart with courage, so I may overcome these shadows and find rest in Your light.

Heal the wounds that have brought me to this place, and replace every fear with trust, every worry with hope, and every sorrow with joy.

Let the fire of Your Sacred Heart renew my spirit, restoring my strength to face each day with confidence in Your divine plan.

Through the intercession of Mother Mary and all the saints, I ask for Your healing grace to flow into my life.
