The Year-end Prayer to Jesus

Lord Jesus Christ, You are my only hope! Thank You for everything that You have done in my life this year.

Please help me to become a better person in the coming year and beyond.

Transform my heart and allow it to become more like You in each passing day.

Heal me, Lord, with all my wounds and heal others whom I have wounded, too.

Remove my pain, and remove their pain, too. I love You, Lord. Thank You for this life.
