Dear God,
Today, I earnestly seek blessings of good health to grace my life.
I know that my body is a temple and I ask that you bless me with the strength and vitality I need to live a full and productive life.
Lord, please heal me from any affliction/ illness that is troubling me.
Guide me towards wise health choices, remind me to take good care of myself through proper diet, exercise, and rest.
I ask that you grant me the courage and the motivation to pursue a healthy lifestyle.
Thank you for your love and grace. I trust in your healing power, and I pray for good health in the days and years ahead.

And for my best friend Joann that just had cancer surgery please Almighty Lord God I begg you please heal Joann so that she will never have cancer again. My king Lord Jesus Christ I pray.
