Prayer for the Healing of Sleep Disorders

In peace I will lie down and sleep, for You alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.

Psalm 4:8
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You seeking Your comfort and healing for my sleep disorder.

The restlessness and difficulties I face at night weigh heavily on me, affecting my well-being and peace.

I know that You are the source of true rest and serenity, and I turn to You for relief.

Lord, I ask for Your healing touch to bring calm and tranquility to my mind and body.

Help me to find restful and restorative sleep, and to awaken each morning refreshed and renewed.

Remove any anxieties and worries that disrupt my rest and fill my heart with Your peace.

Grant me the wisdom to establish healthy sleep habits and to seek the right treatments and support.

Surround me with people who can provide encouragement and understanding.

Guide me in making choices that promote good sleep hygiene and overall well-being.

Help me to trust in Your care and to find comfort in Your presence during the night.

Let Your peace envelop me, so that I may experience Your soothing rest and feel Your love even in the darkest hours.

Lord, I place my trust in You, knowing that You are always with me.

Strengthen my faith and help me to rely on Your promises.

I believe in Your power to bring healing and restoration to every area of my life.

Thank You for Your unending love and for the comfort You provide.

I trust in Your perfect will and plan for my health and my sleep.

In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Establish a regular sleep routine, going to bed and waking up at the same time each day.
Create a calming bedtime ritual, such as reading or listening to soothing music.
Avoid caffeine and electronics before bedtime.
