Father, Son and the Holy Spirit,
I call upon Your Most Holy Trinity, the Immaculate Virgin Mary, angels and the saints of Heaven to help banish all evil persons from my life.

Exterminate their evil spells, curses, witchcraft, black magic and ties that hinder me from a healthy life. Burn all their evil works in hell, that they may never affect me again.

Virgin Mary, intercede for me so that these evil people will leave me forever and their devilish schemes be bound in hell by archangel Michael, Saint Gabriel and Saint Raphael.
