Heavenly Father, I come to You with a heart that feels tired, burdened, and heavy.

You know the thoughts I cannot explain,
the pain I try to hide,
and the worries I carry in silence.

Lord, I do not want to carry this weight alone anymore.
Please come close to me in this moment.
Calm my mind, steady my emotions,
and remind me that I am not forgotten.

When my heart feels overwhelmed,
be my peace.
When I feel weak,
be my strength.
When I do not know what to do next,
guide me gently with Your love.

Father, help me release every fear, every disappointment,
and every burden that is too heavy for me to hold.
Teach me to trust You even when I do not understand.
Give me the courage to keep going,
one step at a time, with faith in Your goodness.

Fill the empty places in my heart with Your comfort.
Cover me with Your presence.
Let Your peace quiet the heaviness within me
and remind me that this moment will not last forever.

Thank You for listening to me,
for holding me close,
