Prayer for Healing from Anxiety

Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a heart weighed down by anxiety.

I surrender all my fears, worries, and uncertainties to You, knowing that You are the source of true peace.

Calm my restless mind and bring comfort to my troubled spirit.

Help me trust in Your unfailing love and to lean on Your strength when I feel overwhelmed.

Grant me the grace to find rest in Your presence and to believe that You hold my future securely in Your hands.

Fill me with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let it guard my heart and mind through Christ Jesus.
